Yes, I know, I’m a guy. Why then is eujzin on about BB creams?
Well…because I am only human and I am vain, so there.
Back to the topic, BB Creams…I first saw it at Watson’s, Rojukiss BB Cream. Like other beauty product, this one promises good skin AND MORE…So it got me curious. It sounded too good to be true.
Well, this is what is claims to do after using it…
- covers blemishes
- minimises enlarged pores
- gives a glow
- heals the skin
- evens out uneven skin tones, etc
That was months back.
Last Sat, went out with liyan, char and char’s fren…erm, let’s call him EC. We were talking casually over Bak Kut Teh when the topic of skincare came up. That’s when BB cream came up again. I found out that he actually uses them and he told me they were very good, esp the brand BRTC.
ooooooooo, me being vain and all, got all excited and over the next two days, researched and came up with the conclusion that this may be the ONE. ONE cream to rule them all!
From what i gather, the reviews and blogs mostly praise these brands

i’m using the BRTC gold caviar BB cream! at first i thot thr was nthg great abt it. it doesnt provide much coverage, n it’s sticky. it gives ur face the dewy look, not very ideal if ur complexion is already naturally oily.
but what it DOES do great tho, is tht it really DOES have healing properties, i think. i’ve been using it, n my skin’s better. less break out even, n i’d like to think that it’s teh BB cream that’s doing it hahaha!

Did you end up getting some then? There are brands now marketing BB creams just for men, you could be interested!

I’ve used BRTC, Skin Food and one more which my fren got from korea but i cannot remember wat brand now…
Basically I like skin food mainly it has a darker shade which suits my skin. I know they say it blends BUT i really feel it whitens my skin colour a bit…can tell lor…i tanned but face so pale ESP when taking PHOTOS! lol
I gave my BRTC to mum instead and she loves it!
